Wax Melt: Prepare your wax melt for its final destiny, typically with a candle burner or electric warmer. Then break off a single cube and place it on top of the burner/warmer until it starts to slowly melt away all the bad in the world. Sit back and enjoy the wonderful smells that will infuse your space.

Candle: Light your natural wooden wick until it starts to burn and crackle. Do not move the candle once it's lit and never leave the flame unattended. Sit back and enjoy the wonderful smells that will infuse your space.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, however, at times we may need up to 5 days depending on the availability of the products you ordered.

International Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Protection (optional) - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. Please notify Mallow via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. 

Tracking Numbers:

Once your order has distpatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number. You can track your order by copying the number and pasting it into a tracking app.

Processing Times:

Please note express shipping does not guarantee we will be able to process your order faster. Please also allow for weekends, public holidays when the Post Office is closed.

Responsibility:

Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal contractor we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred due to incorrect address details provided.

During peak times there might be additional wait times as many of our products are made to order.

Returns

Mallow offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

To request a return, please email info@mallowau.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a replacement is available, it will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, we require clear photo or video evidence showing:

• The damaged product(s)
• Internal packaging
• Outer packaging including shipping label
• Condition of the parcel upon arrival

All items must be retained until the claim is reviewed.
Claims cannot be processed if products or packaging have been disposed of before assessment.

This evidence is required to lodge an investigation with Australia Post and determine the cause of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Body Cremes
• Whipped Soaps
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mallow is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, customers must raise any concerns directly with Australia Post. We will provide tracking and shipping confirmation details to assist.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit provider to process the transaction.
