Refund Policy

Returns

Mallow offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

To request a return, please email info@mallowau.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a replacement is available, it will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, we require clear photo or video evidence showing:

  • The damaged product(s)
  • Internal packaging
  • Outer packaging including shipping label
  • Condition of the parcel upon arrival

All items must be retained until the claim is reviewed.
Claims cannot be processed if products or packaging have been disposed of before assessment.

This evidence is required to lodge an investigation with Australia Post and determine the cause of the damage.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Body Cremes
  • Whipped Soaps
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mallow is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, customers must raise any concerns directly with Australia Post. We will provide tracking and shipping confirmation details to assist.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit provider to process the transaction.
