Mallow has a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or a proof of purchase.
To start a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mallow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mallow will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Body Cremes and Whipped Soaps are non returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item so we can make things right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you can swap/exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item when a code has been issued.
To return your product, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the details regarding this process. Please note - the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
