Postage & Handling

Thank you for your support of our small business. We take pride in providing FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Additionally, we share the shipping costs with you by offering a flat rate of $9.95 for Standard Post and $15.95 for Express Post, regardless of the zone within AU.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, however, at times we may need up to 5 days depending on the availability of the products you ordered.

Delivery Options:

Standard Shipping: Please allow 2-4 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Express Shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Mallow only offers International Standard; please allow 3-7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail.

    Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by AUSPOST, Mallow is no longer responsible for the delivery. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. The customer is liable for any additional shipping costs if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
