Thank you for your support of our small business. We take pride in providingĀ FREEĀ standardĀ shipping on all orders over $100.

Additionally, we share the shipping costs with you by offering a flat rate of $9.95 forĀ Standard Post and $15.95 for Express Post, regardless of the zone within AU.

MostĀ orders are dispatched withinĀ 48 hours, however, at times we may need up to 5 days depending on the availability ofĀ the products you ordered.

Delivery Options:

Standard Shipping:Ā Please allow 2-4 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Express Shipping:Ā Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Mallow only offers International Standard; please allow 3-7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail.

    Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by AUSPOST, Mallow is no longer responsible for the delivery. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. The customer is liable for any additionalĀ shippingĀ costs if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
