Additionally, we share the shipping costs with you by offering a Flat rate of $9.95 for Regular Post and $15.95 for Express Post, regardless of the zone within AU. 


Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, however, at times we may need up to 5 days depending on the availability of the products you ordered.

Once your order has distpatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number. You can track your order by copying the number and pasting it into a tracking app.

Please note express shipping does not guarantee we will be able to process your order faster. Please also allow for weekends, public holidays when the Post Office is closed.

Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal contractor we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred due to incorrect address details provided.

Return Policy

Returns

Mallow offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

To request a return, please email info@mallowau.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a replacement is available, it will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, we require clear photo or video evidence showing:

  • The damaged product(s)
  • Internal packaging
  • Outer packaging including shipping label
  • Condition of the parcel upon arrival

All items must be retained until the claim is reviewed.
Claims cannot be processed if products or packaging have been disposed of before assessment.

This evidence is required to lodge an investigation with Australia Post and determine the cause of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mallow is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, customers must raise any concerns directly with Australia Post. We will provide tracking and shipping confirmation details to assist.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit provider to process the transaction.

Good to know

Does this contain any allergens or ingredients I should know about?

SLSA (Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate) has a much larger molecular structure than similar-sounding sulfates, so it can't penetrate the skin barrier easily — it's considered a milder, safer choice for sensitive skin, babies and facial cleansers. Almond oil is used as a gentle carrier oil, the same way it's used throughout skincare — if you have a tree nut allergy, it's worth checking the ingredients or asking us before use.

Is this safe for children or to use during pregnancy?

Yes, this is safe for children to use. If you're pregnant, we'd recommend talking to your doctor before use, just to be safe.

How long can I keep this product before using it?

Every Mallow product is handmade fresh to order rather than mass-produced ahead of time, so there's no printed use-by date on the label. We'd recommend using a bath bomb within 3 months of opening, and storing it in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat, the same way you would any skincare product.

Will this stain my bathtub?

It depends on the colour bath bomb you use — some of our brighter shades can leave a temporary tint on certain tub surfaces. If that happens, a gentle scrub with a cleaner like Gif or The Pink Stuff will take it right off.

What's the difference between a bath bomb, a bath soak, and whipped soap?

Bath bombs, bath soaks and whipped soap are different products with different jobs. A bath bomb is a solid, fizzy blend of bicarbonate soda and citric acid that dissolves quickly, releasing colour, fragrance and oils into the water purely for a fun, relaxing soak — it doesn't clean your skin. A bath soak is mineral-based (like Epsom salt) and dissolves slowly to help ease sore muscles and tension, without fizzing or changing the water's colour. Whipped soap is an actual cleanser — a light, whipped lather you massage onto your skin in the shower or bath to clean and moisturise, then rinse off.

Can I use this in a spa bath or jacuzzi?

Yes — since it fully dissolves in water, there's no reason it wouldn't suit a spa bath or jacuzzi the same way it works in a regular tub.
