Prepare your wax melt for its final destiny, typically with a candle burner or electric warmer. Then break off a single cube and place it on top of the burner/warmer until it starts to slowly melt away all the bad in the world. Sit back and enjoy the wonderful smells that will infuse your space.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, however, at times we may need up to 5 days depending on the availability of the products you ordered.

Delivery Options:

Standard Shipping: Please allow 2-4 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Express Shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Protection (optional) - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. Please notify Mallow via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. 

Tracking Numbers:

Once your order has distpatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number. You can track your order by copying the number and pasting it into a tracking app.

Processing Times:

Please note express shipping does not guarantee we will be able to process your order faster. Please also allow for weekends, public holidays when the Post Office is closed.

Responsibility:

Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal contractor we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred due to incorrect address details provided.

During peak times there might be additional wait times as many of our products are made to order.

Mallow has a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or a proof of purchase.

To start a return please email us at info@mallowau.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mallow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Mallow will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Body Cremes and Whipped Soaps are non returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item so we can make things right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you can swap/exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item when a code has been issued. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact info@mallowau.com for the details regarding this process. Please note - the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
